At Nanai, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and relaxing experience for every client. Please take a moment to review the following policies before your appointment.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of our policies.

To ensure the highest quality of service and a positive experience for everyone, the following policies are in place:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We understand that life happens. In cases of verifiable illness, emergencies, or severe weather, cancellation fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

To respect everyone's time and keep our schedule running smoothly, all appointments will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • If you arrive late, you will still be charged for the full session, but we cannot extend the appointment time.

To ensure a calm and timely start:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment
  • Arrive 5 minutes early for all other visits

Massage Termination Policy

We provide only professional massage services intended for relaxation or therapeutic purposes.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session without refund in the case of:

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
  • Harassment or threatening conduct
  • Sexual advances or inappropriate comments
  • Intoxication from drugs or alcohol

If a session is terminated for any of the above reasons, the full cost of the service will still apply.

Draping Policy

Client comfort and safety are our priority.

  • You will be appropriately draped at all times using a sheet and/or towel
  • Only the area being treated will be uncovered
  • The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged
